Simulátor imituje třífázový motor zapojený do hvězdy. Master thesis is about design of a HIL BLDC motor for development and testing purposes. The principle of BLDC motor and sensors which are used for to control is described. Emphasis is placed especially on motors controlled by Hall sensors. There is described a simple model of the motor itself and its control. Part of this work is also analysis of possible failures of these motors and subsequent solution how to realize electrical scheme that replaces the HIL BLDC motor. Simulator imitates a three-phase wey-powered motor. The simulator generates sensor signals corresponding to the rotating motor. A simulated power output of up to 200~W can be set. Whole simulator is controlled by a microcontroller. Communication with the microcontroller is possible by UART interface. The simulator can create various failures of the motor itself and also failures of the used sensors. Example of the motor failure is a short circuit inside a part of a winding.
