Abstract

Tato praca analyzuje existujucu webovu aplikaciu pre spravu publikacii a konferencii, vyvinutu a vyuzivanu na Fakulte informacnich technologii CVUT v Praze. V praktickej casti bola aplikacia dalej vyvijana, upravene boli hlavne casti uzivatelskeho rozhrania za ucelom zlepsenia uzivatelskej privetivosti. Dalsie vylepsenia sa tykali vyhladavania, zjednotenia zobrazovania publikacii napriec aplikaciou, vytvorenia napovedy a "profilov" autorov s prepojenim na ich publikacie, odstranenie chyb a rozne mensie upravy.

This thesis analyses existing web application for managing publications and conferences, developed and used at the Faculty of Information Technology of Czech Technical University in Prague. In practical section, the application is further developed, main modifications are related to redesigning parts of user interface, in order to improve user friendliness. Other modifications concern search, unification of publications across the application, creating user help and authors' "profiles" linked to their publications, removing bugs and various small improvements.
