Celoživotní vzdělávání na podporu profesních kompetencí u specializovaných činností

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se pohybuje v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání se zaměře-ním na podporu profesních kompetencí u specializovaných činností, konkrétně u pozice řidiče - ochránce Ochranné služby Vojenské policie. Cílem práce je vytvo-ření návrhu vzdělávacího modulu odborné řidičské přípravy pro řidiče - ochránce u ochranné služby Vojenské policie České republiky a metodické rozpracování vy-braných tematických celků spadajících do této přípravy. Práce je členěna do dvou základních celků, teoretického a praktického. První kapitola se v úvodu věnuje teoretickým východiskům celoživotního vzdělávání, jádrovou částí je následující prezentace andragogických poznatků z oblasti plánování vzdělávací akce dalšího profesního vzdělávání. Kapitola druhá nejprve představuje metodická východiska a dále základní informace o profesních požadavcích a předpokladech pro výkon služby u Vojenské policie ČR (VP), organi-zační struktuře VP a náplni pracovní činnosti Oddělení ochranné služby VP. Obsa-hem závěrečné části je prezentace návrhu programu dalšího profesního vzdělává-ní na podporu rozvoje kompetencí pro profesi řidiče-ochránce u ochranné služby. Návrh programu se zaměřuje na didaktickou stránku vzdělávání dospělých tak, jak je popsána v teoretické části. Z metodického hlediska práce využívá metody ana-lýzy, syntézy a interpretace poznatků z oblasti vzdělávání dospělých.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of lifelong learning with a focus on supporting professional competencies in specialized activities. Further professio-nal education, which focuses on the development of professional and professional competences, takes place after the end of vocational education and training in the school system and is an integral part of active working life. The aim of the the-sis is to create a general model of further professional education for the Defen-der's driver at the Military Police Protection Service. The thesis is divided into two basic units, both theoretical and applied. The first chapter is devoted to the theo-retical background of lifelong learning, the core part of which is the following pre-sentation of andragogical knowledge from the field of planning of educational activities of further professional education. The second chapter introduces met-hodological bases and basic information about the professional requirements and assumptions for service at the Military Police of the Czech Republic (MP), the orga-nizational structure of the MP and the content of the work of the MP Service De-partment. The content of the final part is a presentation of a proposal for a pro-gram of further professional education to support the development of competen-ces for the profession of the Defender's driver in the protective service. The design of the program focuses on the didactic aspect of adult education, as described in the theoretical part. From a methodological point of view, the thesis uses some qualitative research methods and generally scientific methods of analysis, synthe-sis, comparison and generalization.
