Podnikatelský plán vybudování tenisového areálu

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu na vybudování tenisového areálu. Součástí práce je také seznámení čtenáře s jednotlivými částmi, které se vyskytují v podnikatelském záměru a popsání důvodů, proč je dobré tvořitpodnikatelský plán. Protože při vytvářenípodnikatelskéhoplánunavybudovánítenisovéhoareálujepotřebasirozmyslet,jaké povrchy budou použity, proto práce obsahuje přehled tenisových povrchů, na kterých je možné v současné době hrát. Dále je důležité při tvorbě takového plánu mít přehled o poměrech týkajících se tenisu v České republice, z tohoto důvodu je součástí práce i popsání aktuálního stavu tenisu v České republice.

The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the creation a specific business plan for the construction of a tennis site. The thesis also covers reasons why creation of a business plan is essential and what particular issues can occur during the process of creation of a business plan. When creating a business plan for the construction of a tennis site, it is necessary to consider what kind of tennis court surface will be used. Therefore, a list of possible tenniscourtsurfacesisalsoincluded. Furthermore,whenpreparingabusiness plan it is essential to take the current status of tennis in the Czech Republic into consideration. Due to this, current situation of tennis in the Czech Republic is covered in the thesis.
