PRAHA POLYCENTRICKÁ

Abstract

Centrum Prahy je přetíženo komerčními aktivitami a dopravou, v jiných částech města se naopak těchto aktivit nedostává. Přeměna Prahy v polycentrické město se proto jeví jako klíčová pro její udržitelný rozvoj. Diplomová práce analyzuje systém a hierarchii center Prahy a metropolitního regionu a na základě vyhodnocení současného stavu a vazeb hledá potenciály rozvoje a určuje plochy pro rozvoj stávajících či nových center. Rozvojová centra jsou vybrána na základě multikriteriální analýzy. Pro vybrané centrum - okolí plánované stanice Nemocnice Krč metra D - je vypracována koncepce jeho urbanistické struktury a urbanistický detail.

The city center of Prague is overburdened with commercial and transport activities. On the contrary, other city districts show lack of the said activities. The transformation of Prague into a polycentric city seems like a key proceeding to the sustainable development of Prague. This diploma thesis analyses the system and hierarchy of the Prague centers as well as in the metropolitan region. On the basis of the evaluation of the present state and relations, it aims to search for the potential of further development and determines the areas of development either existing or future new centers. The development centers have been chosen in terms of multicriterial analysis. There is one of the centers selected - the surroundings of the underground station Hospital Krč of the already planned metro line D. For this center a conception of the urbanistic structure, including the urbanistic detail, has been elaborated.
