OBYTNÝ SOUBOR VRŠOVICKÁ - U BOTIČE

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je doplnění stávající struktury vršovické zástavby na Praze 10 bytovou zástavbou. Návrh bytových domů je reakci na okolní stávající zástavbu. Navrhované bytové domy jsou doplněny o komerční parter, který podporuje transformaci Vršovické ulice na významnou městskou třídu, a zároveň rozšiřuje veřejný prostor podél vodního toku Botič.

The subject of the master thesis is to complement the existing structure of the Vršovická development in Prague 10 with residential buildings. The design of apartment buildings is a reaction to the surrounding existing buildings. The proposed apartment buildings are complemented by a commercial parterre that supports the transformation of Vršovická Street into an important city avenue, while extending the public space along the Botič stream.
