Oživení čtyřkvadrantového měniče pro pohon dynamometru

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá oživením jednosmerného motora cez tyristorový usmerňovač pomocou softwaru STARTER a ďalej sa venuje jeho základnej konfigurácii. Následne je v práci uvedený postup pripojenia PLC na menič, pomocou ktorého sa snažíme ovládať motor. PLC je konfigurované v TIA portal-i, v ktorom sa nastavuje aj samotné prepojenie meniča a daného programovateľného kontroléra. V poslednej časti je načrtnutý postup na nastavenie riadenia podľa jednej z typických mechanických charakteristík, ktorú si zvolíme.

The bachelor thesis deals with the application of the DC motor fed through a thyristor rectifier using STARTER software and further deals with its basic configuration. As a next part there is a procedure of connecting the PLC to the converter by which we try to control the motor. The PLC is configured in the TIA portal, which also sets up the interface of the converter and the programmable controller itself. The last part outlines the procedure for setting the control according to one of the typical mechanical characteristics we choose.
