Strategický plán neziskové organizace Výluka, z.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou strategického plánování v neziskových or-ganizacích, konkrétně v organizaci Výluka, z.s., která usiluje o navýšení počtu moti-vovaných učitelů. Pro popis a vyhodnocení vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí byla zvo-lena analýza VRIN a modifikovaná Porterova analýza pro neziskový sektor. V empi-rických částech práce bylo využito statistických dat z portálu Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy a z Českého statistického úřadu. K určení strategické pozi-ce a doporučení strategie byla následně provedena analytická metoda hodnocení interních a externích faktorů – matice IFE a EFE, která vychází ze SWOT matice (se-stavena na základě focus group). Nakonec byl sestaven akční plán s kroky, které povedou k naplnění cílů neziskové organizace Výluka, z.s.

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of strategic planning in non-profit organi-zations, specifically in the organization Výluka, which seeks to increase the num-ber of motivated teachers. In the empirical parts of the thesis were used statistical data from the portal of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Czech Statistical Office. The VRIN analysis and the modified Porter analysis for the non-profit sector were chosen to describe and evaluate the internal and external envi-ronment. In order to determine the strategic position and recommendations of the strategy, were used an analytical method of internal and external factors evaluation - the IFE matrix and the EFE - based on the SWOT matrix (based on the focus group). Fi-nally, an action plan with steps leading to the accomplishment of the goals of the non-profit organization Výluka.
