Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi rekonstrukcí starších budov v souladu se současnými legislativními podmínkami a možnostmi využití dotačních titulů. Jako první je analyzována současná spotřeba energií za elektřinu a teplo. V další části je popsána platná legislativa pro stanovení energetické náročnosti budov. Následně jsou navrhována úsporná opatření, která jsou dále využita při sestavení jednotlivých návrhů a variant pro snížení spotřeby energií. Výsledkem je ekonomické zhodnocení, na jehož základě je doporučena optimální varianta.

This thesis deals with the possibilities for reconstructions of old buildings in accordance with the current legislative conditions and the possibilities of using subside titles. Current energy consumption for electricity and heat is analyzed first. The next section describes the valid legislation for determining the energy performance of buildings. In addition, austerity measures are proposed that are further used to design individual options for reducing energy consumption. Recommendation of optimal option is based on the result of economic appreciation.
