Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá generacemi X, Y a Z na trhu práce v České republice s cílem zjistit představy zástupců těchto generací o pracovních podmínkách z pohledu zaměstnanců a vymezit pracovní podmínky, které jsou pro zástupce těchto generací motivující a naopak. Teoretická část vymezuje pojetí generací a pracovních podmínek. Praktická část analyzuje představy zástupců generací X, Y a Z o pracovních podmínkách v České republice. Výsledkem práce jsou odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a návrhy pro zaměstnavatele, personalisty a manažery týkající se pracovních podmínek různých generací zaměstnanců.

The thesis deals with generations X, Y and Z on the labour market in the Czech Republic with the aim to find out the ideas of the representatives of these generations on working conditions from the perspective of employees and to define working conditions that are motivating for the representatives of these generations and vice versa. The theoretical part defines the concept of generations and working conditions. The practical part analyses the ideas of X, Y and Z generations on working conditions in the Czech Republic. The result of this thesis are answers to research questions and suggestions for employers, recruiters and managers concerning working conditions of different generations of employees.
