Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím Balanced Scorecard pro realizaci strategického plánu organizace. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout pomocí nástroje Balanced Scorecard strategický plán organizace, která se zabývá prodejem personálních služeb. Přínosem diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu strategie organizace, která není v současné době zpracována.

The thesis deals with the use of Balanced Scorecard for the implementation of the organization's strategic plan. The aim of this thesis is to design a strategic plan of an organization that deals with the sale of personnel services using the Balanced Scorecard. The benefit of this thesis is the creation of the strategy of the organization, which is not currently processed.
