MÜLLER, P. Analýza železobetonových konstrukcí po požáru. In: DVORSKÝ, T. and M. PETŘÍK, eds. PhD Workshop 2018 - CD. PhD Workshop 2018, Praha, 2018-05-25. Praha: CTU FCE. Department of Concrete and Masonry Structures, 2018. ISBN 978-80-01-06417-7.

This article refers to reinforced concrete structures during and after fire conditions. An approach after the end of fire, inspection of the place and material test options are described in the state-of-art form. Further on, the degradation processes in concrete due to high temperatures and the main influences on strength are explained. The damage mechanism is described for both concrete and reinforcement. The most important temperatures in terms of strength decay are given. To continue with, the paper deals with non-force effects of high temperatures on structures. The mechanism of this load and its possible results are explained. Finally, consequences of possible ignorance of this additional load when determining fire resistance is pointed out. At the very end the difficulties of temperature load modelling are discussed.
