Výpočet nepřímých nákladů u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá náklady především rehabilitační péče u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza současného stavu problematiky výpočtu nepřímých nákladů v České republice a ve světě a následný výpočet přímých a nepřímých nákladů u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem. Aktuální stav problematiky je zpracován pomocí literární rešerše. Náklady u padesáti pacientů jsou vyčísleny metodou Human Capital Approach a následně zasazeny do nákladové analýzy Cost of Treatment. Ze současného stavu problematiky je zjištěno, že nepřímé náklady jsou řešeny u malého množství studií a neexistuje žádná studie, která by řešila nepřímé náklady u vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Z perspektivy pacienta vycházejí nepřímé náklady 66,32 % - 100 % z celkových nákladů, s mediánem 4300 Kč.

The diploma thesis deal with the costs of rehabilitation care in patients with vertebral algic syndrome. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the current state of the problem of calculating indirect costs in the Czech Republic and the world and to calculate the direct and Indirect costs in patients with vertebral algic syndrome. The current state of the problem is processed by literary research. Costs of fifty patients are quantified by the Human Capital Approach method and then placed into the cost of treatment analysis. From the current state of problem, it is found that indirect costs are solved in a small number of studies, and there is no study to address the indirect costs of vertebral algic syndrome. From the patient's perspective, indirect costs range from 66,32 % - 100 % of the total cost, median is 4300Kč.
