Analýza rizik a řešení zásahu složek IZS v muničním skladu Psáry

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza rizik v muničním skladu Psáry a řešení možností ochrany před vznikem mimořádné události v okolních obcích. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vysvětluje základní pojmy o muničních skladech, potřebné k utvoření uceleného pohledu na problematiku, informace o skladovaných materiálech v prostorách muničního skladu a dále pak geografické zařazení objektu do okolí. Praktická část je věnována analýze rizik v muničním skladu Psáry, s jakými riziky se můžeme setkat v muničním skladu, určení zdrojů, pravděpodobnosti a závažnosti rizik a namátkovému šetření mezi obyvateli okolních obcí o jejich znalosti a připravenosti na mimořádnou událost z hlediska ochrany obyvatelstva, evakuace a nouzového přežití. Výsledkem práce je doporučení a návrh na zlepšení připravenosti obyvatel okolních obcí na mimořádnou událost v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva na základě provedeného šetření.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the risks in the munitions warehouse in Psary and to address the possibilities of protection against the occurrence of an extraordinary event in the surrounding municipalities. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis explains the basic concepts of ammunition warehouses needed to create a comprehensive view of the issue, the stored materials in the ammunition warehouse and the geographic classification of the object in the surroundings. The practical part is devoted to risk analysis in Psary munitions warehouse, what risks can be met in the ammunition warehouse, determination of resources, likelihood and severity of risks and random survey among inhabitants of neighboring municipalities on their readiness and knowledge, how they are prepared for an emergency in terms of population protection, evacuation and emergency survival. The result of the work is a recommendation and a proposal to improve the preparedness of the inhabitants of the surrounding communities for an emergency in the area of population protection based on the survey.
