The thesis is focused on the study of concrete, containing 3 types of mineral admixtures, useful as secondary protection of radioactive waste. These concretes should be used primarily for the purpose of stabilizing nuclear waste and subsequent storage in nuclear waste repositories. Three different types of concrete have been studied, different is in the type and amount of the additive used. At the same time, physical and chemical properties are studied on these concrete. From the obtained results, was chosen a perspective material (admixture) that positively influenced the studied properties in terms of immobilization of radionuclides and could by fulfill this function.
