Sanace Solnice na Piaristickém náměstí v Českých Budějovicích

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh sanačních metod na konkrétním objektu z hlediska použitých technologií, doby trvání a finančních nákladů. Práce poskytuje základní přehled vad a poruch způsobených vlhkostí v konstrukci a způsoby jejich sanace. Dále jsou v práci popsány problémy dřevěných konstrukcí a možná řešení a preventivní úkony zamezující těmto defektům. Na základě poznatků načerpaných při zpracování těchto informací byly zpracovány konkrétní návrhy pro objekt Solnice v Českých Budějovicích s ohledem na jeho historickou významnost.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to draw up rehabilitation's methods on a specific building in terms of used technologies, duration and financial costs. The work provides a basic overview of defects and imperfections caused by humidity in the construction and ways of their solutions. Furthermore, the thesis describes problems of wooden structures and possible solutions and mitigation actions for the described defects. Based on the findings gained while processing these information, specific proposals for the Solnice building have been presented keeping its historical significance in mind.
