BOZP silničních staveb

Abstract

Tato diplomová práci řeší problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi silničních staveb. Autor se zabývá legislativou řešící BOZP silničních staveb a jejími nedostatky. Určuje specifikace plánu BOZP pro silniční stavby a mosty. Navrhuje inženýrská opatření, provozní řád a technologické předpisy pro rizikové činnosti při stavbě silničních konstrukcí. Dále řeší postupy při mimořádných událostí včetně požární ochrany silničních staveb. Následně se věnuje problematice nakládání s odpady a ukládání vytěženého materiálu při zemních pracích. Diplomová práce obsahuje také časté nedostatky a jejich konkrétní řešení na stavbě. V závěru řeší případy nedodržení navržených postupu a jejich sankce. Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit obecně s problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na silničních stavbách a poukázat na určité nedostatky od legislativy až po samotnou realizaci stavby.

This diploma thesis solves the problem safety and health protection of road construction. The author deals with the legislation dealing with the safety of road construction and its shortcomings. Specifies the specifications of the OSH plan for road construction and bridges. It proposes engineering measures, operating rules and technological regulations for hazardous activities in the construction of road constructions. It also deals with emergency procedures including fire protection of road construction. He then deals with waste management and disposal of excavated material during earthworks. The diploma thesis also contains frequent shortcomings and their concrete solutions on site. In conclusion, it deals with cases of non-compliance with the proposed procedures and their sanctions. The aim of this diploma thesis is to acquaint generally with the problems of safety and health at work on road construction and to point out some shortcomings from the legislation to the actual realization of the construction.
