Příprava stavby v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku a význam bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) na staveništi, ale také představuje důležitou součást jakéhokoli výrobního podniku. Práce je členěna do dvou na sebe navazující části - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se práce zabývá popisem základní legislativy, norem a nařízení vlády, ze kterých je při zpracování konkrétního plánu BOZP čerpáno. Je popsáno, jakým způsobem se BOZP mění vhledem k vývoji mechanizace. Práce je také zaměřena na účastníky výstavby, jejich odpovědnosti, povinnosti a porušování BOZP pracovníky na staveništi. Dále je v práci rozebráno, kdy musí být plán BOZP vypracován a kdy je nutné koordinátora BOZP určit. V praktické části se diplomová práce zabývá zpracováním plánu BOZP na skutečně realizovaný projekt podle platných předpisů a norem. Jsou zde znázorněny nejčastější příklady porušování a nedodržování BOZP pracovníky na staveništi a jaká by měla být opatření, aby se tyto přestupky minimalizovaly.

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue and the importance of Occupational safety and health (OSH) at the building site but it also represents an important part of any production company. The thesis is divided into two consecutive parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with the description of the basic legislation, standards and the regulations of the government, which the specific OSH plan is made from. It describes how the OSH is changing due to development of mechanization. The thesis is also focused on participants of the construction, their responsibilities, obligations and violation of OSH by workers at the building site. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes, when the OSH plan must be made and when it is necessary to determine the OSH coordinator. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the processing of the OSH plan for the actual real project according to valid regulations and standards. There are represented the most common examples of violations and nonobservance of OSH by workers at the building site and what measures should be taken to minimize these offenses.
