Analýza bezpečnostní hrozby islamistického terorismu v Evropě

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popis islamistického terorismu a islamistických teroristických organizací, které představují hrozbu pro evropské státy. V tomto ohledu je přiblížen islamistický terorismus a jeho aktuální projevy v Evropě, včetně jeho nositelů. V práci je nastíněna protiteroristická politika Evropské unie a České republiky. Pro vypracování práce byla použita metoda deskripce při vymezování politologického hlediska terorismu a typologie terorismu k charakterizování znaků islamistického terorismu. Zároveň je použita i metoda analýzy k prezentaci aktuálních násilných útoků islamistického terorismu v Evropě. V teoretické části je zhodnocen současný stav dané problematiky na základě vývoje bezpečnostní situace v Evropě. Jsou zde uvedené základní pojmy, jako je terorismu a islámský terorismus či teroristické organizace ohrožující Českou repunliku. Dále je uvedena protiteroristická strategie Evropské unie a České republiky. V praktické části je provedena analýza a komparace sociálních dopadů teroristických útoků na státy EU. V závěru jsou navrženy možnosti, které by vedly k eliminaci islamistických útoků. Výsledkem práce je tak návrh pro úpravu protiteroristického právního systému opatření v ČR tak, aby byl připraven pro různé typy teroristických útoků. V tomto ohledu jsou využity zprávy bezpečnostních agentur, zpravodajských služeb, státních institucí a vědeckých pracovišť.

The aim of the diploma thesis is the description of Islamist terrorism and Islamist terrorist organizations that pose a threat to European states. In this respect, Islamist terrorism and its current manifestations in Europe, including its bearers, are brought closer together. The paper outlines the counter-terrorism policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic. For the elaboration of the thesis, a descriptive method was used in defining the political aspect of terrorism and typology of terrorism to characterize the features of Islamist terrorism. At the same time, an analysis method is used to present the current violent attacks of Islamist terrorism in Europe. In the theoretical part, the current state of the given issue is evaluated on the basis of the development of the security situation in Europe. Here are the basic notions such as terrorism and Islamic terrorism or terrorist organizations threatening the Czech republic. The counter-terrorism strategy of the European Union and the Czech Republic is also outlined. The practical part analyzes and compares the social impacts of terrorist attacks on EU countries. In the end, there are options designed to eliminate Islamist attacks. The result of the thesis is a proposal for adjusting the counter-terrorism legal system of measures in the Czech Republic so that it is ready for various types of terrorist attacks. In this respect, reports from security agencies, intelligence services, state institutions and scientific institutions are being used.
