Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá interní komunikací ve vybraném podniku. Jejím cílem je analyzovat spokojenost respondentů s určitými oblastmi interní komunikace pomocí dotazníkového šetření a vypracovat návrhy na zlepšení. Teoretická část uvádí obecný pohled na komunikaci a interní komunikaci. Praktická část představuje vybraný podnik, shrnuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření a uvádí návrhy na zlepšení interní komunikace ve vybraném podniku.

The Diploma Thesis is focused on internal communication in selected company. The aim was to analyze respondent's satisfaction in selected parts of internal communication by survey and develop proposals for improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis describes internal communication in general. The practical part of the thesis describes selected company, summarizes survey results and presents suggestions for improvement of internal communication in selected company.
