Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výrobou šachových figurek pomocí CNC soustruhu s poháněnými nástroji. V této práci řeším nejenom návrh jednotlivých figurek, ale i samotnou výrobu na CNC soustruhu s následnou optimalizací výroby s ohledem na kvalitu obrobené plochy na čisto. V poslední části této diplomové práce se budu zabývat kalkulací nákladů na jednu sadu šachových figurek.

This diploma thesis deals with production of chess pieces using CNC lathe with powered tools. In my thesis I will try to solve not only design of each piece, but also its production ? on the CNC lathe with following optimization of production regarding the quality of worked fair surface. In the final part of this diploma thesis I will consider calculations of costs for one set of chess pieces.
