This Master's thesis deals with the development of an electric version of the aircraft UL-39 Albi II, which is based on the design of the ultralight UL-39 Albi. UL-39 Albi is the aircraft which was developed at Czech Technical University in Prague, at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The thesis focuses on the right choice of the most suitable accumulators in order to meet the power and endurance requirements. Next, the thesis considers not only a suitable location of these accumulators in the wing but also their fastening. Finally, the suitability of the accumulators' position is evaluated from the point of view of the wing load. The wing load must not exceed the limits which are prescribed in CS-23 both in flying and non-flying cases.
