The subject of this thesis is to research the influence of parameter ,, hatch distance "to the quality of the 3D metallic print. The parts are made from hot-rolled martensitic steel (1.2709) and are manufactured with the additive technology of laser bonding of metallic powder DMLS. The selected samples evaluate the strength properties of martensitic steel, the material porosity and the effect of the hatch distance parameter on the resulting properties of the parts that are built in different positions. The aim of the thesis is to compare measured values from tests with theoretical values. According metallographic and mechanical tests, it is clear that the most important factor is the distance between the points a hatch laser (Hatch ,, distance "), and the correctly selected scan pattern because of the good overlapping fields and reduce the incidence of porosity.
