Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a výrobou přípravku pro renovaci brzdových kotoučů. V teoretické části je popsán brzdový systém a jeho součásti. Dále jsou zde popsány požadované vlastnosti brzdových kotoučů a materiály, ze kterých se vyrábí. Dále se práce zabývá rešerší rozměrů brzdových kotoučů a následným navržením přípravku. Poslední část práce se týká výroby přípravku a testování podmínek při stáčení kotoučů.

The bachelor thesis is focused on design and manufacturing of fixture for re-machining of brake discs. Theoretical part describes braking system and parts of it. Next, there is a description of required properties of brake discs and materials used for manufacturing of them. In the next part, the thesis is focused on research of sizes of brake disc and following design of fixture. The last part is focused on manufacturing the fixture and testing the conditions during re-machining of brake discs.
