Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh optimalizace výrobního procesu dvou komponentů, které se podílejí na finální podobě rypadla. V první části práce je představena společnost, kde se díly vyrábějí. Dále pak navazuje rešerše výrobního procesu a rešerše problematiky softwarové podpory výrobního procesu. Následuje analýza současných technicko-organizačních podmínek výroby komponentů a na závěr navržení optimalizačních řešení a jejich ekonomický dopad. The main purpose of this bachelor's thesis is the anaylsis of the design and optimization of the manufacturing process of two components, which have an influence on the final look of the excavator. The first part introduces the company where the parts are manifactured. Then it continues with research of the manufacturing process and with research on the topic of software support for the manufacturing process. After analysis of the current technical and organizational production conditions the thesis suggests optimization solutions and their economical evaluation.
