Předmětem bakalářské práce je popis jednotlivých činností policejních potápěčů v průběhu provádění krizového potápění a při jiných mimořádných situacích. Stručný popis historie vývoje potápěčské techniky obecně a historie policejního potápění. Je zde uveden výčet související právní legislativy, usměrňující tuto činnost. Příprava, výcvik a organizace potápěčské činnosti. Výčet jednotlivých rizik a hrozeb plynoucích z konkrétních činností při používání jednotlivých komponentů potápěčské techniky. V komparaci s praktickými zkušenostmi a s odbornou literaturou. Dále jsou v práci představeny základní fyzikální zákony, související s pobytem člověka v hyperbarickém prostředí. Z uvedených zákonů jsou interpretována rizika s konkrétními příklady. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na techniky používané při pátrání po utonulých osobách, na rizika a ohrožení při potápění v kontaminovaném prostředí. Dále jsou zde představeny skutečné případy potápěčských nehod a jejich vyhodnocení. Se zřetelem na selhání jednotlivce nebo techniky. Cílem práce je provést vhled do oboru krizového potápění u Policie České republiky, vyhodnocení míry rizik při operačních ponorech a činnostech. A to na základě zkušeností poučených specialistů z řad policejních potápěčů a z vybraných reálných kazuistik, souvisejících s potápěčskými nehodami. Pro získání informací k tématu bakalářské práce byla použita metoda sběru dat, analýza interních dokumentů, studium odborné literatury, osobní poznatky. Dotazováním odborníků z řad policejních potápěčů a rozborem jejich konkrétních empirických poznání i ústních sdělení. Subject of this bachelor thesis deals with the description of particular operations carried out by police divers in the course of crisis diving and during other exceptional situations. Brief description of the development of the diving technology in general and history of police diving. Mentioned here is a list of related legal legislation which guides these operations. Preparation, training and organization of the diving operations. A list of individual risks and hazards consequential to specific actions related to use of particular components of the diving technology. In comparison to practical experiences and specialized literature. Further in this thesis, there is a introduction of basic laws of physics relating to the exposure of a human to the hyperbaric environment. From the stated laws, there are risks with specific examples interpreted. In the practical part the thesis focuses on techniques used in searching for drowned persons. On risks and dangers related to diving in hostile environmental conditions. Further, there is an introduction to real cases of diving accidents and their evaluation. With regard to both human or equipment failure. Aim of the thesis is to carry out an insight into the field of the crisis diving of the Czech Republic Police Force, evaluation of the risk and hazard levels during operational dives. On the basis of instructed police diving specialists experiences and on the basis of chosen case reports related to diving accidents. As a sourcing technique for this thesis, a method of data collection was used as well as an analysis of internal documents, specialized literature study and personal knowledge. Questioning of police diving specialists and further analysis of their specific empiric knowledge as well as oral communications.
