Abstract

Název práce: Fyzioterapeutická péče u pacienta s morbus Perthes. Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika onemocnění morbus Perthes u dětského pacienta. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol: současný stav, metodika a speciální část. V kapitole Současný stav je popsaná problematika onemocnění morbus Perthes, jeho historie, současný stav, etiopatogeneze, klinické projevy a zobrazovací techniky. Dále je zde popsán kyčelní kloub z pohledu anatomie, fyziologie, vývoje a také biomechaniky. Kapitola Metodika se zabývá popisem vyšetřovacích metod a terapeutických postupů, která byla použita ve speciální části. Dále také obsahuje popis pracoviště, ve kterém probíhaly jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a popis pomůcek, které byly v terapii využity. Speciální část bakalářské práce je zpracována ve formě kazuistiky. Zahrnuje anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření pacienta. Obsahuje návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu, a také průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. V závěru jsou uvedeny výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo. Zhodnocení výsledků je popsáno v části Diskuze.

Name of the bachelor thesis: Physiotherapy Care of the Patient with Perthes Disease The subject of the bachelor thesis is the morbid disease of Perthes in a child patient. The thesis is divided into three main chapters: the current state, the methodology and the special part. In the Current Situation chapter is described the morbidity of Perthes morbidity, its history, current state, etiopathogenesis, clinical manifestations and imaging techniques. The hip joint is also described here from anatomy, physiology, development and biomechanics. Chapter Methodology deals with the description of investigation methods and therapeutic procedures that have been used in a special part. It also contains a description of the workplace in which individual therapeutic units were carried out and a description of the devices used in the therapy. A special part of the bachelor thesis is processed in the form of a case report. It includes a history, patient input and output. It includes a proposal for a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan as well as a course of individual therapeutic units. In conclusion, the results are shown. The evaluation of the results is described in the Discussion section
