Fyzioterapeutické postupy k ovlivnění plochonoží s využitím barefoot obuvi

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na postupy ve fyzioterapii k ovlivnění plochonoží a na využití barefoot obuvi v rehabilitaci. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základy anatomie a kineziologie nohy. Dále také chůze, její rozdělení a biomechanika. Důležitou částí je kapitola o problematice plochonoží, charakteristice a rozdělení této diagnózy. V metodice práce jsou popsány použité přístroje a pomůcky. Především pomůcka zvaná podogram a barefoot obuv. V této části jsou také popsány odlišnosti minimalistické a barefoot obuvi od běžné obuvi. Dále jsou v této práci rozebrány jednotlivé metody potřebné k vyšetření pacienta s plochonožím a metody a postupy, které je možné využít k ovlivnění plochonoží. Následně je u 10 pacientů provedeno vstupní vyšetření, na jehož základě je navržena terapie. Součástí jsou také popisy jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek všech pacientů. Na závěr je uvedeno výstupní vyšetření včetně subjektivních hodnocení pacientů.

This Bachelor´s Thesis is focused on physiotherapy procedures that affect flat feet and on use of barefoot shoes in rehabilitation. Theoretical part explains basic anatomy and kinesiology of the foot. It also describes walking, its characteristics and biomechanics. Another important subject is the flat foot deformity itself, its characteristics and types. Methodology describes used devices and tools. The main focus is on tools called podogram and barefoot shoes. This part also contains a description of differences between minimalist shoes, barefoot shoes and common footwear. Furthermore, there is an analysis of individual methods that are required for an examination of patients diagnosed with flat feet and also methods and procedures which can be used to treat this diagnosis. An examination of 10 patients has been conducted. Its results have been used in creating a suitable subsequent therapy. This part also contains examination descriptions of individual therapeutic units containing all the patients. A final examination is situated at the end of this thesis, it also includes a subjective survey from all patients.
