Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem přípravy počítačového modelu, který bude sloužit jako podklad pro aplikaci určenou ke správě a údržbě technických zařízení budov. Následně autor demonstruje na modelových případech jeho využití. Význam práce spočívá v popisu reálného využití nové alternativní cesty ke konvenčnímu informačnímu modelování přes necertifikovaný 3D modelář. Úvodní část práce se věnuje teoretickému představení facility managementu, údržby a informačního modelování budovy, poté autor nahlédne více do problematiky specifického modelování a kompatibility používaných software. Popíše proces modelování konkrétní zadané budovy a v závěru zhodnotí přínos práce a praktickou využitelnost.

The diploma thesis deals with the process of preparation of a computer model, which will serve as a basis for application for administration and maintenance of technical equipment of the building. Subsequently, the author demonstrates its use in model cases. The importance of the work is a description of real use of the new alternative path to conventional information modeling through an uncertified 3D modeller. The introductory part of the thesis is a theoretical presentation of facility management, maintenance and information modelling of the building, then the author will look more into the problems of specific modeling and compatibility of used software. He will describe the process of modeling a assigned building, and in the end will evaluate the benefits of the work and practical applicability.
