Opatství Nový Dvůr - Výrobny klášterních produktů

Abstract

Náplní této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace jedné z budov Opatství Nový Dvůr - výrobny klášterních produktů. V dvoupodlažním, v zemi částečně zapuštěném, objektu vyrábějí bratři trapistického řádu domácí hořčice a přírodní kosmetiku. Je navržen v souladu se současnými normami a požadavky. Hlavní důraz je kladen na propojení jednotlivých dílčích částí podílejících se na výsledné podobě projektu, zejména zkombinování požadavků na hlavní nosnou konstrukci, obalové konstrukce, technická zařízení budov a stavební detaily tak, aby výsledný objekt plnil estetické a funkční požadavky. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří kombinace monolitického železobetonu a zdiva. Budova pomocí provětrávaného pláště s kamenným obkladem a vegetační střechy nijak nevyčnívá a neruší okolní krajinu a zároveň elegantně doplňuje celý areál kláštera Nový Dvůr. Dále je zde řešeno množství rozdílných skladeb podlah a stěn v rámci rozdílného využití místností včetně tepelně technických posouzení podle příslušných norem.

This bachelor thesis contains project documentation of one building of Monastery of Nový Dvůr - a manufactory of monastery products. In a two-storey construction, which is partially under the ground level, members of Trappists order produce homemade mustard and natural cosmetics. The building designed in accordance with present standards and requirements. The main emphasis was put on interconnection of individual sub-sections contributing to the final resemblance of the project, especially combining of requirements on supporting structure, cover structures, technical equipment of buildings and construction details in order to fulfill esthetic and functional requirements. The supporting structure is made of a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete and brickwork. Thanks to its ventilated facade with stone cladding and vegetational roof the building does not spoil the view of the landscape and also represents an elegant supplement of the whole monastery area. Furthermore, there is a variety of floor and wall structure compositions corresponding to the different purposes of each room, including a technical and heat transfer assessment in accordance with applicable standards.
