Abstract

Navrhovaný objekt se nachází v Jičíně, v místě dnes nevyužitých bývalých kasáren, které prošli demolicí a na jejich místě je dle urbanistické studie architektonického ateliéru MS plan s.r.o. navrhována zástavba rodinných domů, které navazují na již stávající zástavbu. Návrh domu vychází z charakteru pozemku, kterým je severně orientovaný svah a převýšení téměř čtyři metry, a ze snahy o maximální propojení interiéru s exteriérem. Koncept domu je ovlivněn skladbou a vzájemným propojením funkcí domu. Pro každého obyvatele je navržen prostor, ve kterém se mu dostává maximálního soukromí, ale zároveň se v objektu nachází prostory, kde dochází k setkávání členů rodiny a prohlubování mezilidských vztahů.

The proposed property is located in Jicin, in place of currently vacant former barracks that were demolished. According to the urban study of the architectural studio MS plan Ltd., a construction of a house to be built onto already existing buildings was proposed instead. The proposal is based on the properties of the land, a north-facing slope and elevation of nearly four meters, and the effort to connect the interior and the exterior. The concept of the house is based on the composition and functions of the interconnection of the house. Space is designed specifically for each inhabitant in a way that they receive maximum privacy. In addition to that, there are also areas designed for family meetings and the deepening of interpersonal relationships
