Abstract
Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout rodinný dům na atraktivním, lehce svažitém pozemku, který se nachází ve vilové čtvrti v Praze na Hanspaulce. Ten svým tvarem reaguje na jedinečný výhled na Hradčany a Pražský hrad. Hmota je orientována tak, aby poskytla výhled na atraktivní část Prahy a zároveň zaručila majitelům soukromí a klid. To podporuje prosklená jižní fasáda a předsazení části severní fasády tak, aby vznikla soukromá terasa. Dům poskytuje nadstandardní bydlení v atraktivní lokalitě.
 
Assignment further developed in this bachelor´s theses consisted in desingning a family house thas is located on atractive and gently sloping land in residental district Prague - Hanspaulka. The house by its shape responds to the unique view of Hradčany and Prague castle. Structures are oriented in a specific direction providing users the best view of the atractive part of Prague and guarantee privacy and peace at the same time. This is even more enhanced by south glass facade and front mounted od the north part of house to provide private terrace. The house offers a premium living in an attractive location.
