Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh městského rodinného domu s komerčním prostorem v lokalitě bývalých jičínských kasáren tak, aby respektoval a zároveň podporoval motiv obytné ulice, který stanovuje urbanistická studie. Komerční prostor domu lemuje uliční čáru, jak určuje regulační plán, přičemž hmota garáže je posunuta do zadní části parcely tak, aby nenarušila ráz obytné ulice. Dům je odsazen od uliční čáry, aby vznikl prostor před domem. Tvar rodinného domu reaguje na vzhled terénu. Výsledná hmota rodinného domu vznikla z konceptu, ve kterém bylo hlavní snahou vytvořit velký obytný prostor s dostatečným osluněním a propojením se zahradou. Další snaha byla oddělit veřejnou část od soukromé části domu, tím vznikají tři jednoduché hmoty. V interiéru je vytvořena komfortní dispozici s užitnou plochu nepřesahující 200m2 tak, aby byl dům dostupný i pro klienta z řád střední třídy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the proposal of a town house with a small commercial place at the location of the former casern Jičín . Main goal of the work is to preserve the face of the street according to the urban study. The commercial place is located on the street line according to the regulations and the garage is situated further to the part of site to maintain the character of the street. Creating space in front of the house is also nesecery, which is why it is partially pushed back in the plot. The shape of the house is inspired from the appearance of the terain. According to all these ideas above, the final design creates a house with a large living room with a great view to the garden and this room also gets plenty of sunlight. Another goal of the project is to separate funtions. House, garage and commercial place every single one has its own unique shape and space. The plan and the interior of this house form a comfortable home with florring approximately 200m2. This concept is even affordable for middle class clients.
