Systém optimalizace procesů údržby dle technického stavu zařízení v energetickém průmyslu

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou údržby plynárenských zařízení. Práce je zaměřena na možnosti využití nových přístupů v údržbě ve vazbě na ukazatele technického stavu a provozních podmínek v plynárenském odvětví. Mezi cíle disertační práce patří analýza v oblasti monitoringu technického stavu, legislativních požadavků a plánování údržby mezi technologicky a organizačně vyspělými provozovateli plynárenských zařízení v Nizozemsku, Velké Británii a Německu. Výstupem je návrh a popis metodiky optimalizace procesu údržby plynovodů a přípojek různých tlakových hladin s ohledem na změny intervalů inspekčních činností na základě technického a provozního stavu plynovodů.

The doctoral thesis deals with the maintenance of gas facilities. The thesis is focused on the possibility of using new maintenance approaches in relation to the indicators of technical condition and operating conditions in the gas industry. The aims of thesis includes analysis of the current state of maintenance of gas facilities in Germany, Netherlands, Great Britain and Hungary on the basis of legal requirements, advanced procedures for maintenance management and monitoring of technical condition. The output of doctoral thesis is the design and description of the optimization methods for the maintenance of gas pipelines with respect to the changes in the interval of inspection activities based on the technical and operational condition of the gas pipelines.
