Obnova klasicistního domu, Lomnice

Abstract

Zadáním je obnova klasicistního domu, změna na galerii, včetně přístavby zázemí galerie, a bydlení v patře a podkroví. Řešení bude respektovat památkovou ochranu objektu. V rámci bouracích prací a nově navržených konstrukcí bude historický dům očištěn od novodobých zásahů a bude staticky zajištěn. Přístavba doplní půdorys domu a původní urbanistickou strukturu. Galerie se zázemím je v 1.PP a 1.NP, obytná část ve 2. a 3.NP. Doplněn je zahradní pavilon s ateliérem pro rezidenční pobyty výtvarníků nebo badatelů. Na základě průzkumů byl obnoven původní klasicistní rozvrh fasády.

The task is the renovation of a classicist house, which is to be converted into an art gallery, including an extension of the building to provide facilities for the gallery, and also residential space on the first floor and in the attic. The solution will respect the fact that the house is protected as a registered landmark. Both the demolition works and the newly designed structures should remove from the historic house later-day interventions and provide static safety. The extension will complement the ground plan of the house and the original urban structure. Gallery with facilities is on the ground floor and the 1st floor, living area on the 1st and the 2nd floors. There is a newly built garden pavilion with a studio for residential stays of artists or researchers. On the basis of research, the original classicist layout of the facade was restored.
