Ochrana a rozvoj urbanistické struktury pevnostního města Josefov

Abstract

Bakalářská práce na téma Ochrana a rozvoj urbanistické struktury pevnostního města Josef se zabývá analýzou problematiky vývoje, hodnot a limitů pevnostního města Josefov s cílem definovat urbanistické zásady ochrany hodnot a možností dalšího rozvoje a využití zástavby tohoto pevnostního města. V analytické části se práce zaměřuje v obecné rovině na zhodnocení možností funkční transformace zástavby pevnostních měst a rozsáhlých ploch kasáren. Dále se analýza zaměřuje podrobněji na průzkumy a rozbory zástavby pevnostního města Josefov. Návrhová část práce obsáhne řešení možnosti využití území pevnostního města a stanovení regulativů pro zajištění ochrany kulturních a architektonicko-urbanistických hodnot v území.

This Bachelor thesis is entitled Protection and Development of Urbanistic Structure of Fortress Town Josefov. The issues covered here are analyses of town's historical development and its values, defining its limits and aiming at outcome of outlining essential rules and possibilities of protecting and preserving urbanistic values and heritage of the Fortress Town Josefov. Analytical part of the work deals in general scope with evaluating possibilities in functional transformation of the original fortress structures and barracks inside the town. Further on, the analysis focuses in detail on researches and studies covering the character of the building development in Josefov. The last part takes into account proposals and options of implementation of the studies for the best possible use of the buildings in Josefov fortress area and also determining regulations for preserving cultural and urbanistic heritage of the area and its historic and architectural values.
