Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout odstředivé čerpadlo pro čerpání vody. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část je teoretická a je v ní vypracována stručná rešerše na téma čerpací technika se zaměřením na odstředivá čerpadla. Druhá část je praktická a obsahuje samotný návrh čerpadla. V této části jsou pro zadané hodnoty vypočítány potřebné hydrodynamické parametry čerpadla včetně návrhu oběžného kola čerpadla a spirálového difuzoru. Praktická část dále obsahuje konstrukční návrh čerpadla a pevnostní výpočty exponovaných součástí. Výkresová dokumentace čerpadla je součástí příloh práce.

The aim of this thesis is to design a centrifugal horizontal pump for pumping water. The thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and contains a concise research concerning pumping machinery focusing on centrifugal pumps. The second part is practical and contains the design of the pump itself. In this part, necessary hydrodynamic parameters of the pump are calculated including the design of the impeller of the pump and the spiral diffuser. The practical part furthermore contains a construction design of the pump and strength calculations of the exposed parts. Drawings of the pump are attached as an annex to this thesis.
