This thesis is focused on design and description of a Biological Sample Analyzer, where the main goal is to describe a thermal field distribution inside of the specified biological sample with dependence on time and chosen reference point for insertion of a thermal probe. The problem itself is solved by finite-element method co-simulation with interaction from cooling stream of dry air (CFD). Part of the thesis is also a brief description of spectrophotometry method and the effect of temperature of a biological sample analysis.
