Charisma učitele

Abstract

Závěrečná práce je zaměřena na problematiku charismatu učitele. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda a jak vnímají žáci na střední škole charisma učitele, jaké vlastnosti učitele považují za klíčové. Práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. V teoretické části se opírám o nové publikační tituly především zahraniční provenience. V rámci empirické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření na střední odborné škole. Pomocí realizovaného výzkumu jsem hledala odpovědi na otázky, jaké jsou osobnostní vlastnosti učitelů, kteří jsou respondenty vnímáni jako charismatičtí a zda žáci považují za charismatické rysy u pedagogů expertní znalosti, smysl pro humor a didaktické schopnosti. Hlavním výstupem empirické části je představení výsledků dotazníkového šetření, doplněných o deskriptivní statistiku a jejich interpretace. V závěru práce jsou načrtnuty náměty pro možné pokračování výzkumu charismatu učitele.

The final thesis is aimed at the difficulties of teacher´s charisma. The objective is to investigate whether and how the scholars perceive the teacher´s charisma and what characteristics they deem essential. This work is of theoretical-empiric nature. The theoretical part employs up-to-date titles especially of foreign origin. The empirical part collects data based on high school questionnaire survey. The research is focused on answering the questions of what are the personality traits of teachers who are identified as charismatic and whether the teacher´s expertise, sense of humor and didactic abilities are considered charismatic features by the scholars. The empirical part presents the results of the questionnaire survey complemented by descriptive statistics and their interpretation. Suggestions for a potential continuation of the teacher´s charisma research are outlined by the end of the thesis.
