Zvolen - Bariny

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bolo vytvoriť urbanistickú štúdiu novej štvrti na vyhradenom území. Umiestnenie projektu je na území s názvom Bariny v meste Zvolen. Návrh vychádzal z požiadaviek Mestského úradu vo Zvolene, ktorý sem chcel umiestniť plochy poskytujúce športovo-relaxačné využitie (plaváreň a kúpalisko) a súčasne zakomponovať lokálne biocentrum Bariny. Tento významný priestor je potrebné skombinovať s výstavbou, ktorá vhodne doplní územie a bude prínosom pre mesto Zvolen. Pri jednom polyfunkčnom bloku sa samotný urbanistický návrh overoval architektonickou štúdiou. Navrhované územie je riešené so širokým portfóliom verejných priestranstiev, aby si v ňom každý našiel svoje miesto. Urbanisticky bolo prostredie navrhnuté s rešpektom k okoliu a jeho jednotlivým prvkom. Hlavnými prednosťami návrhu je použitie najnovších princípov urbanizmu. Medzi tie patrí preferovanie pešej chôdze a múdrej dopravy, viacúčelové využitie, rôznorodosť jednotlivých zón a pestrá ponuka verejných priestranstiev. Celkovo tak vznikne nová štvrť, ktorá spĺňa všetky kritéria na to, aby obyvatelia dosahovali najvyššiu požadovanú kvalitu života.

The task was to create an urban study of a new district in a chosen area. The project is located in the area named Bariny in Zvolen. This proposal was based on the requirements and with the help of the town hall in Zvolen, which wanted to place the areas providing sport-relaxation use (indoor and outdoor swimming pooll). Besides these, there was a request for the integration of the local biocentre Bariny. This important space is combined with the buildings that will suitably complement the area. In one- multifunctional block, the urban design was verified by an architectural study. The zone itself is designed with a wide portfolio of public spaces, so everyone can find their place. Urbanistically, the environment has been designed with respect to the environment and its individual elements. The main advantages of the design are the use of the latest urbanism principles. These include walking and using smart transportation, multipurpose use, the diversity of individual zones and the wide range of public spaces. Overall will be created a new neighborhood, that meets all the criteria for the highest quality of life required for residents.
