Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty podniku DELONG INSTRUMENTS a. s. pro externího investora s využitím vybraných výnosových metod k datu 13. 4. 2018. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů oceňování podniku, především hodnotou a jejími kategoriemi. Dále je vymezen nutný postup pro stanovení hodnoty podniku a jeho dílčí nástroje. Praktická část diplomové práce poté vychází z uvedených teoretických poznatků, prostřednictvím provedené strategické a finanční analýzy, sestaveného finančního plánu a s využitím vybraných metod oceňování podniku, je stanovena hodnota společnosti DELONG INSTRUMENTS a. s.

The purpose of this thesis is to determine the value of the company DELONG INSTRUMENTS a. s., for an external investor with using selected valuation methods as of 13th April 2018. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definitions of the basic concepts of business valuation, especially with the value of the company and its categories. In the next step the necessary process for estimating the value of the company and its parts are defined. The practical part of the thesis is based on the presented theoretical knowledge, based on strategic and financial analysis, financial plan and by using proper valuation methods, the value of the company DELONG INSTRUMENTS a. s. is estimated.
