Analýza trhu s optickými senzory v ČR z pohledu tržní pozice firmy Panasonic

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je provedení analýzy trhu s optickými senzory v České republice z pohledu firmy Panasonic. Teoretická část práce popisuje metody marketingové analýzy a věnuje se technické charakteristice optických senzorů. V praktické části jsem provedl analýzu trhu, kde jsem definoval tento trh, jeho zákazníky a jejich chování, načež jsem stanovil velikost trhu a tržní podíly jednotlivých zkoumaných firem pomocí vlastní metody. V další části jsem provedl srovnání sedmi společností, které operují na trhu s optickými senzory pomocí více srovnávacích metod, které byly sestaveny podle dat, které jsem získal mnou navrženou metodou dotazování. Dále zkoumám vývoj trhu s optickými senzory pomocí analýzy vývoje tržeb zkoumaných společností a analýzy PEST. Závěrem práce vyhodnocuji použité metody a na jejich základě stanovuji doporučení pro firmu Panasonic pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu s optickými senzory.

The objective of my diploma thesis was to analyze the market of optical sensors in Czech Republic from the Panasonic company perspective. The theoretical part is dedicated to methods of marketing analysis and describes technical characteristic of optical sensors. In the next practical part I implemented a analysis of the market where I defined the market, it´s customers and their behavior, and then I estimated the size of the market and the market shares of the examined companies using method I designed. In the next part, I compared the seven companies operating on the optical sensors market using a number of methods that were based on data I obtained by the polling method I designed. In the next part I examine the evolution of the optical sensors market by analyzing the historical changes of sales of the investigated companies and by PEST analysis. In the final part of the thesis I evaluate the methods used in the thesis and I set out recommendations for Panasonic to strengthen the competitiveness on the optical sensors market.
