Práca pojednáva o aktivačných meraniach v poliach vysokoenergetických urýchľovačom riadených neutrónových zdrojov. Práca spracováva výsledky ožarovacieho experimentu v poli neutrónového zdroja d(20)+Be riadeného cyklotrónom U-120M na ÚJF AV ČR. Interakciami zväzku deuterónov s energiou E d = 20 MeV na hrubom berýliovom terčíku vzniklo spojité neutrónové spektrum s energiou neutrónov do 25 MeV. Spektrum bolo získané dekonvolúciou reakčných rýchlostí prahových a aktivačných reakcií z 9 rôznych aktivačných detektorov pomocou programu SAND-II. Výsledky experimentu sú porovnané s publikovanými výsledkami iných autorov. Spektrum je využiteľné pre integrálne validácie účinných prierezov, testovanie radiačnej odolnosti elektroniky a iných materiálov, prípadne neutrónovú aktivačnú analýzu. This thesis deals with activation measurements in the fields of high-energy accelerator driven neutron sources. The thesis processes results of irradiation experiment in the field of d(20)+Be source driven by cyclotron U-120M based in NPI CAS. Through the interactions of the 25 MeV deuteron beam on thick beryllium target, a continuous neutron spectrum with energy up to 25 MeV was created. The result is the neutron spectrum unfolded from measured reaction rates from 9 different activation detectors using software SAND-II. The results of the experiment are compared with the results published by other authors. Spectrum can be used to integral validation of neutron cross sections, testing of radiation resistance of electronics and other materials of neutron activation analysis.
