Abstract

Bakalářské práce se věnuje založení společnosti Czech Africa Export, která se zabývá exportní činností z České republiky do afrického kontinentu, přesněji do Demokratické republiky Kongo. Cílem bakalářské práce bude vycházet z teoretické části, která tvoří důležitý podklad pro následné zpracování podnikatelského plánu české společnosti v praktické části. Na základě realizovaných finančních analýz stanovit, zda je investiční plán vhodný pro jeho uskutečnění. Podnikatelský plán zahrnuje analýzu podnikatelského prostředí, ale také marketingový plán, organizační plán, finanční plán a v závěru práce je rovněž provedeno hodnocení rizik a reálnost založení projektu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the establishment of the society Czech Africa Export, which deals with export activities from the Czech Republic to the African continent, more precisely to the Democratic Republic of Congo. The aim of the bachelor thesis will be based on the theoretical part, which forms an important basis for the subsequent elaboration of the business plan of the Czech society in the practical part. Based on the conducted financial analyzes, determine whether the investment plan is suitable for its realization. The business plan includes an analysis of the business environment, but also a marketing plan, an organizational plan, a financial plan, and at the end of the work the risk assessment and the reality of the project are also carried out.
