Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním a klasifikací signálů z měření reflektance transplantované ledviny ve viditelné a blízké infračervené oblasti. Cílem je rozlišit správně prokrvenou ledvinu od ledviny, u níž došlo k chybě perfuze, a zjistit, které kombinace vlnových délek jsou nejvhodnější pro klasifikaci. Pro klasifikaci byl použit kvadratický klasifikátor, klasifikátor k-NN a metoda Parzenových oken. Podle dosažených výsledků je nejvhodnější použít vlnové délky z červené a blízké infračervené oblasti (1050 nm, 850 nm, 740 nm a 660 nm). This diploma thesis deals with the processing and classification of reflectance signals measured on a transplanted kidney in the visible and near infrared spectrum. The aim is to distinguish disruptions of blood perfusion, and to find the optimal combination of wavelength that is the most suitable for the classification. Tested classifiers were the quadratic classifier, k-nearest neighbor classifier and Parzen window classifier. According to the results, the best option is to combine wavelengths from red and near infrared spectrum (1050 nm, 850 nm, 740 nm and 660 nm).
