Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, se zaměřením na spolupráci zaměstnanců v mnou vybrané společnosti. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zabývám základními pojmy, legislativními úpravami, právy a povinnostmi zaměstnavatelů, spoluprací týmů a integrací zaměstnanců do společnosti a do pracovního procesu. Celá teoretická část se promítá do praktické části, která je zaměřena na pracovní kolektiv, spolupráci a komunikaci zaměstnanců. Praktickou část uzavírám doporučením několika způsobů, jak zlepšit spolupráci a komunikaci ve společnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employing people with disabilities, focusing on the cooperation of employees in the selected society. This thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I deal with basic notions, legislative adjustments, employers' rights and obligations, teamwork and integration of employees into society and into the working process. The whole theoretical part is reflected in the practical part, which is focused on working team, cooperation and communication of employees. The practical part concludes with recommendations of several ways to improve cooperation and communication in society.
