Možnosti uplatnění flexibilních forem práce

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem možností uplatnění flexibilních forem práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda a za jakých podmínek mají lidé zájem o flexibilní formy zaměstná-ní. Teoretická část je zaměřená na popis flexibilních forem, které může zaměstnavatel nabízet svým zaměstnancům. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí dotazníkového šetření, zda mají lidé zájem o fle-xibilní formy zaměstnání a pokud ano, tak za jakých podmínek. V závěru práce doporučuje za-městnavatelům, jaké formy flexibilní práce nabízet a jak pomocí nich potencionální zaměstnance oslovit.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the possibility of applying flexible forms of work. The object of the bachelor thesis is to find out whether and under what conditions people are inter-ested in flexible forms of employment. The theoretical part is focused on the description of flexible forms that the employer can offer to its employees. The practical part examines through a questionnaire whether people are interested in flexible forms of employment and if so, under what conditions. At the end of the thesis its recommended to employers what forms of flexible work they can offer and how to reach potential employees.
