This thesis demontrates the use of the 25 TW titan-sapphire laser system in PALS research centre in Prague to produce radioisotopes. In the first chapter, the principle of laser wakefield acceleration of electrons is described. Interactions of photons with atom and nuclei and nuclear reaction yield are shown in the second chapter. In the next chapter, the radioactive decay and production of synthetic radionuclides are mentioned. In the last chapter, the calculation of the number of produced radioisotopes after a single laser shot is shown. Values of cross sections of nuclear reactions were found in EXFOR database. Numerical integration was done using Matlab. Results show, that all radioisotopes, that were created, produce enough signal for detection. Finally, scattering, divergence and relative charge of accelerated electron beam were determined from experiment.
