Abstract

Navržená budova Fakulty architektury v Drážďanech má nahradit tu stávající, která je pro své dispoziční rozvržení pro studium nedostačující. V novém návrhu je kladen důraz na komunikaci studentů se studenty ale také budovy takové se svým okolím. Z vnějšku objekt souzní s okolními fakultami a nechává tak vyznít přednáškové centrum společné pro celý univerzitní kampus. Uvnitř se nachází systém lávek spojujících dvě strany budovy.

The designed Faculty od architecture in Dresden is supposed to replace the existing one that is beause of its layout insufficient for study. In the new project a communication amongst students as well as between the building itself and its surroundings. From the outside the object harmonizes with the neighbouring faculties and accentuates a lecture hall, which is common for the whole university campus. Inside, there is a system of bridges connecting two sides of the building.
