Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta po stabilizaci AC skloubení

Abstract

Tato Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapeutickou péčí u pacienta po stabilizaci akromioklavikulárního skloubení, je zpracována formou kazuistiky a rozdělena na část teoretickou a část speciální. Teoretická část slouží k uvedení do problematiky akromioklavikulární luxace a její následné stabilizace. Obsahuje anatomický popis akromioklavikulárního kloubu, jeho vazeb na pletenec ramenní a také nejčastější typy poranění v dané oblasti. V neposlední řadě jsou zařazeny metody vyšetření a léčby, a to jak primární léčby, tak následné rehabilitace. Speciální část obsahuje údaje o průběhu fyzioterapie u této diagnózy s konkrétním pacientem. Zahrnuje metodologickou část, ve které jsouzmíněny vybrané terapeutické avyšetřovací metody. Dále speciální část obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, najehož základě byl sestaven fyzioterapeutický plán; součástí je i soubor všech terapeutických jednotek. Výstupní kineziologický rozbor pak podává informace oobjektivních změnách v oblastech ovlivňovaných terapií. Cílem práce je tedy stručně shrnout teoretické údaje týkající se problematiky AC skloubenía vytvořit kazuistiku konkrétního pacienta. Dosažení těchto cílů je zhodnoceno vzávěru práce. Jsou zde shrnuty výsledky fyzioterapeutické intervence a celkové hodnocení efektivity léčby. Nedílnou součástí práce je také diskuze, ve které jsou sepsány vlastní názory a polemika autorky týkající se problematiky péče o pacienty po stabilizaci AC skloubení apříbuzných fenoménů. Přílohu práce tvoří vlastní brožurka cviků se závěsným systémem TRX, které byly využity během terapie.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is physiotherapeutic care in patients after acromioclavicular joint stabilisation; it is approached as a case study and divided into theoretical and specialised sections. The theoretical section provides an introduction to the topic of acromioclavicular dislocation and its subsequent stabilisation. It contains an anatomic descriptio n of the acromioclavicular joint, its connection to the shoulder girdle as well as the most frequent types of injuries affecting the aforementioned area. Last but not least, the thesis discusses examination and treatment methods, both in terms of primary t reatment and follow-up rehabilitation. The specialised section contains data on the course of physiotherapy in a specific patient with the diagnosis. It includes a methodological part which mentions selected therapeutic and examination methods. Furthermore, the specialised section describes initial kinesiological analysis, which served as the starting point for the compilation of the physiotherapeutic plan; it provides information on objective changes in areas influenced by the therapy. The goal of this thesis is to summarize theoretical facts regarding AC joint problematic and to create a case study with a concrete patient. The conclusion of the thesis presents an evaluation of the achievement of the established goals, summarises the results of the physiotherapeutic intervention, and provides a general evaluation of the treatment effectiveness. An integral part of the thesis is presented also by discussion which presents the author`s opinions and disputation regarding the topic of care for patients after AC joint stabilisation and similar phenomena. The thesis is annexed with the author`s own brochure of exercises with the TRX suspension system which were used in the course of therapy
